" 1 Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time to file rejoinder affidavit.
It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the counsel for the petitioner has not filed Rejoinder Affidavit so far in the matter.
It is further submitted that Mr. Amrish Kumar, Advocate has on 06.03.2024 and 29.03.2024 filed Vakalatnama and Counter Affidavit respectively on behalf of Respondent No. 1 to 4 and the same has already been included in the SLP paper book.
The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the the Special Lok Adalat with this Office Report.
