This  Court of Ld. Registrar, on 5th December, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

"As per office report, Ld. counsel for petitioner has failed to take fresh steps, for effecting service upon sole respondent. Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that father of the sole respondent hold power of attorney on behalf of sole respondent, hence notice be served on him. He further submits that in the Trial Court also his father has been representing his case and submits that particulars to that effect that his father has been representing him in the Trial Court and that he holds power of attorney for the sole respondent will be submitted in one week time. Time as requested for is allowed. 

List again on 05.01.2024. "

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed power of attorney for the sole Respondent so far. 

Service is not complete.
