SLP(C) 639 & 6946 OF 2023

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above, M/s. Dharmaprabhas Law Associates Advocate. has on 01.03.2024 e-filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 1 in SLP (C) 639 of 2023.  Copy of the counter affidavit has been placed with paper books. 

It is further submitted that  respondent no. 1 is represented through M/s Dharmaprabhas Law associates in  SLP (C) 6946 of 2023  and common respondent no 2 & 3 are represented  by Mr. Ketan Paul, Advocate  but no one has filed counter affidavit so far. 

Service is complete in both the matters. 

The matters along with above-mentioned applications are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
