This Ld. Registrar Court, on 21st August, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.3 and 6 to 8 to file counter affidavit.

 Despite due service on respondent nos.1 and 2, there is no appearance. However, Mr. Anil Kumar, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Vinod Sharma, Ld. AOR submits that vakalatnama has already been filed on behalf of respondent no.1. Office to verify. If so filed, Four weeks time, is granted to file counter affidavit. 

 As requested, four weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent nos.4, 5 and 9. 

 List again on 12.10.2023. "

It is submitted that Mr. Amrish Kumar, Advocate has on 06.10.2023 filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 6 to 8. Counsel for respondent no. 3 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vinod Sharma, Advocate has on 24.08.2023 filed vakalatnama & memo of appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. No vakalatnama & memo of appearance and counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 2 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner neither has taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of respondent nos. 4, 5 and 9 so far.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 1-3 & 6-8 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2 & incomplete on respondent nos. 4, 5 & 9.

The Petitions above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
