" Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos. 1 and 3 to file counter affidavit. Despite due service on respondent no. 2, there is no appearance.

   Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted four weeks' time to file appropriate application in respect of respondent nos. 4 and 9.

  Ld. Counsel further submits that he will be permitted to serve respondent no. 5 through learned Standing Counsel. Let the notice be issued through learned Standing Counsel.

 List again on 11.12.2023. "

It is submitted that respondent nos. 1 and 3 have not filed counter affidavit so far. Service is complete on respondent no. 2 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2 so far.

It is further submitted that respondent nos. 6 to 8 have already filed counter affidavit.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed appropriate application in respect of respondent nos. 4 and 9 so far.

It is further submitted that notice to respondent no. 5 has been e-mailed to standing counsel i.e Union of India. Counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of serving of copy of SLP on standing counsel, Union of India (respondent no. 5). No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 5 so far. 

Service is complete on respondent nos. 1 to 3 & 6 to 8 and incomplete on respondent nos. 4-5 & 9.

The Petitions above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
