The Ld. Registrar's Court, on 05th February, 2024, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Despite due service on respondent nos.1 and 3, there is no appearance.

Respondent nos.2 and 4 have already filed counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent nos.5 and 6.

List again on 20.03.2024."

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above counsel for the petitioner has on 14.02.2024 e-filed spare copies but has not filed fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent nos. 5 and 6 (residing abroad). However, show cause notice was issued to counsel for the petitioner for effecting service upon unserved respondents but counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of service so far. Counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 and 4 have already filed counter affidavit and no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3 though served with notice.

Service is not complete on respondent nos. 5 & 6.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
