This Hon'ble Court (in Chamber), on 02nd November, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay in filing the spare copy is condoned. 

 As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioner has not furnished fresh particulars of sole respondent for effecting service. Needful be positively done within four weeks failing which the Petition shall stand automatically dismissed for non- prosecution without any further reference to the Court."

It is submitted that instead of filing the fresh particulars of Sole Respondent for effecting service on Sole Respondent, Ms. Akansha Mehra, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 29-11-2023 filed an application for service of summons through Trial Court (Regd. as I.A. No. 247269 of 2023).  Copy of the same has been placed with SLP Paper Books.

Service of show cause notice is not complete.

Office report for direction along-with application in the Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for Orders.
