This Hon'ble Court, on 21st August, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned. 

 Issue notice, returnable in six weeks.

 Mr. Sameer Kumar and Dr. Surender Singh Hooda, learned Advocate-on-Records, accept notice on behalf of respective respondents.

 In the meantime, further proceedings in Contempt Petitions being COCP Nos. 2166/2017, 2167/2017, 2712/2017, 606/2023 and 608/2023 shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the 16 respondents. Respondent nos. 3,5-8, 9, 11-13 are represented through Mr. Sameer Kumar, advocate. He has on 11.10.2023 filed counter affidavit on only on behalf of Respondent no. 3. 

It is further submitted that Respodnent no. 14 & 16 are represented by Mr. Surender Singh Hooda, Advocate. He has on 11.10.2023 filed counter affidavit on behalf of R.no. 14.

It is lastly submitted that as per tracking report, notice not delivered to R.no. 1 as Addressee cannot be located, notice delivered to R.no. 2 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf, notice not delivered to R.no.4 as insufficient address, notice delivered to R.no.10 but no appearance, notice not delivered to R.no.15 as insufficient address.

Service of notice is not complete on R.nos. 1, 4 & 15.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
