Note:- It is submitted that counsel for petitioner has on 16-03-2024 filed
an application for permission to file additional documents along with
additional documents. The same are being circulated for the kind
perusal of Hon’ble Court.
It
is further submitted that counsel for petitioner has filed a letter giving
clarification regarding defect no.4,5 and 6, i.e. copy of preliminary notification dated 21-06-2023 an final award dated 29-10-2023, Annexure A-8 date do not tally clarify and no Annexure/Document filed in view of Para 8B of the Special leave petition clarify. The same is
already placed at page no.229 of paper books.
