The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 15.04.2024, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Issue notice returnable on 7th May, 2024. 

 Respondent Nos. 9 and 12 are already entered their appearance through caveat. Hence, no formal notice be issued to these respondents. 

 Notice be issued to unserved respondents. 

In addition to the usual mode, liberty is granted to the petitioners to serve notice through the Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. In the meantime, as stated by learned senior counsel Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Mr. Siddhartha Dave that they will not proceed further with the project as such we are not issuing any interim directions based on the statements given by the learned senior counsel. 

List on 7th May, 2024. "

SLP(C) No. 8316 of 2024

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to respondent nos. 1 to 8, 10-14. Service is complete on respondent nos. 1-8, 10, 12-14 through tracking report. 

It is submitted that Mr. Apoorv Shukla, Advocate has filed Caveator on behalf of respondent nos. 9 and has on 08.05.2024 filed counter affidavit in two volumes on his behalf. Copy of the counter affidavit is being circulated before the Hon'ble court.

It is further submitted that Ms. Roohe Hina Dua, Advocate has on 06.5.2024, filed memo of appearance on behalf of state of Punjab ( Respondent No. 1) , but no vakalatnama has been filed so far. 

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 03.5.2024, filed proof of service of SLP upon the standing counsel for the state of punjab. 

Service is complete on Respondent No. 9 through advocate (Ceveat) and Service is complete on respondent nos. 1-8, 10, 12-14 through tracking report and incomplete for respondent no. 11 only.

SLP(C) No. 8495 of 2024 

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to respondent nos. 1 to 11 through speed Post. Service is complete on respondent nos. 1 to 11 through tracking report.
