This Hon'ble Court, on 23rd September, 2024, was pleased to pass the following order:

" In SLP(Civil)No.15592 of 2024

We grant time of two weeks to file a spare copy. Notice be issued returnable on 11th November, 2024.

 In SLP(Civil)Nos.15593 and 14113 of 2024

we direct the petitioners to file fresh address of respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today. If the fresh address is furnished, notice be issued at the fresh address returnable on 11th November, 2024.

 In SLP(Civil)No.19841 of 2024 

We direct the petitioners to furnish fresh address of respondent No.4 within a period of two weeks from 2 today. If the fresh address is furnished, notice be issued returnable on 11th November, 2024.

 In SLP(Civil)No.10805 of 2024

We direct the petitioners to furnish fresh address of respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks from today. If the fresh address is furnished, notice be issued returnable on 11th November, 2024.

 Interim relief granted earlier by this Court to continue till further orders.

 In the meanwhile, the respondents will be entitled to file counter affidavit(s)."

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above certified copy of the above quoted order has been issued on 03.10.2024 to the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla.

  SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) No. 10805 OF 2024

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above fresh show cause notice has been issued on 19.10.2024 to the respondent no. 3 on fresh address furnished by counsel for the petitioner. As per India Post Track Report notice has been delivered to the respondent no. 3 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf so far.

It is further submitted that  Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gautam, Advocate has on 26.07.2024 filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 1. Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paper books. Ms. Mayuri Raghuvanshi, Advocate has on 26.07.2024 filed vakalatnama and has on 19.09.2024 filed reply on behalf of respondent no. 2. Copy of the same has been included in the SLP paper books.

Service is complete. 

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) No. 14113 OF 2024

It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above counsel for the petitioner has on 04.10.2024 filed letter dated 30.09.2024 stating their in "fresh particulars in regards to respondent no.2" but he has furnished the same particulars as per the SLP. And he has not filed fresh particulars despite this Registry's letter for defect dated 15.10.2024. Hence, Notice could not be issued to the Respondent no. 2.

It is further submitted that notice has been delivered to respondent no.1 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf so far.

Service is not complete to 2. (fresh particulars not furnished)

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) No. 15723 OF 2024

It is submitted that Mr. Sanjay Kapur, Counsel for respondent no. 1 has on 24.9.2024 filed counter affidavit on his behalf and copy of the same is placed with SLP paperbooks. As per India post track report notice has been delivered to respondent no.2 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf so far.

Service is complete.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) No. 15593 OF 2024

It is submitted that in view of aforesaid order, notice was issued to the Respondent no. 2 at fresh address. Service report is awaited. Respondent no. 1 has been served through India Post track report but no one has entered appearance on its behalf so far, hence no counter affidavit.

Service is awaited in respect of Respondent no. 2.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) No. 15592 OF 2024

It is submitted that Mr. Sidharth Sangal, Advocate has on 25.9.2024 filed vakalatnama/ appearance for Respondent no. 1.  in view of aforesaid order, notice was issued to the Respondent no. 1 through Mr. Siddharth Sangal, Advocate. He has on 7.11.2024 filed counter affidavit and the same is being circulated herewith.  As per track report of India Post notice has been delivered to Respondent no. 2 and track report is awaited in respect of Respondent no. 3.

Service is complete in respect of Respondent nos.1 and 2 and awaited in respect of Respondent no. 3.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) No. 19841 of 2024

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, fresh show cause notice was issued to respondent No. 4 through registered A.D. Post on 16.10.2024. As per tracking report of India Post, notice could not be delivered upon respondent No. 4 with remarks, "Addressee moved".

It is submitted that there are 4 respondents in this matter. Mr. Surya Kant, Advocate has on 20.9.2024 e-filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent no.1 but has not field counter affidavit. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 2 & 3 though served with notice.

Service is not complete upon respondent No. 4.

The Petitions above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
