The matter along with main & connecteds was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 15th October, 2024, with office report dated 14.10.2024, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List all these case on 19.11.2024 immediately after the fresh cases are heard.

  By then counter affidavits to be filed.

  Further joint compilation comprising of the relevant case law, provisions of the Act and judgments of the High Court impugned before this Court etc. to be filed."

  It is submitted that Mr. Rameshwarprasad Goyal, Advocate has on 12.11.2024 filed intervention application with Annexure A-1 to A-4 with vakalatnama/appearance. The same is registered as I.A No.259954 of 2024. Copy of the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

  It is further submitted that Mr. Kunal Cheema, Advocate for sole respondent has on 18.11.2024 e-filed counter affidavit with annexure R/1 to R/2. Copy of the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

 It is lastly submitted that Mr. Kunal Cheema, Advocate also has on 18.11.2024 e-filed compilation of the provisions of the Income Tax Act (i.e Vol I to Vol V) some pages are having small font & black photo impression. Since the matter is on board. Copies of the same have been included in the SLP Paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 11th November, 2024,  when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:
