It is submitted that there are 2 Pettioners. Petitoner No. 2, viz. Gaurav Kumar (who is an advocate and member of bar council of Delhi) is appearing as in-person for self and on behalf of petitioner no. 1 viz. Naman Sherstra (who has given Special Power of Attorney to Petitoner No. 2). Petitioner in person has been communicated regarding date of listing of the matter via email.
