Accordingly, notice has been issued to sole respondent through
registered AD Post. As per postal tracking report notice has been
delivered to sole respondent.
It is submitted that M/s. Karanjawala & Co, Advocate has on 06.05.2024
filed V/A on behalf of sole respondent but no counter affidavit has been filed,
so far.
Service of show cause notice is complete on sole respondent.
The Petition alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
