It is submitted that the Registry has raised a defect No 6 i.e. Affidavit not attested/notorized/not proper, defect No. 7 i.e. Vakalatnama not proper and defect No. 10 i.e. local address of respondents not given. In this regard, Counsel has filed a clarification letter dated 15.04.2025 and copy of the same has already included in paper books at Page No. 886.

7. It is submitted that Counsel for petitioner has on 16.04.2025 filed an application for permission to file additional documents along with the documents. Some of the pages are in small font, illegible and carries dim impression. However, copy of the same are being circulated for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.
