" 1. Parties shall file their respective affidavit of assets and income, both in India and abroad, in terms of the judgment of this Court in the case of "Rajnesh vs. Neha & Another" [(2021) 2 SCC 324] within four weeks from today.

 2. List on 19.01.2026. "

It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above, Mr. Ritesh Kumar, Counsel for the petitioner has on 17.01.2026 e-filed affidavit, which is defective and defect communicated to the Counsel. Copy of the same has been placed in the paper books.
It is submitted that Mr. Rajat Mittal, Advocate has on 05.02.2026 e-filed Affidavit of asset, income and expenditure in terms of the judgment of this Hon'ble Court in the case of "Rajnesh Vs Neha and Another" (2021) 2 SCC 3241 and the order dated 8.12.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in this instant matter . Copy of the same has been placed in the paper books. He has on 04-05-2026 efiled Application for exemption from filing O.T. which is registered as I.A. No. 137219 of 2026. Copy the same has been placed in the paper books.
The matter above-mentioned was lastly listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05-05-2026 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" List on 20th July, 2026 to be taken up in camera proceedings at 1.00 P.M.

  Both the parties to remain physically present on the said day. "

It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above, Notice of Hearing was issued to both the parties to remain physically present before the Hon'ble Court.
