1. This Hon'ble Court, on 14-08-2025, has been pleased to pass the following order:

" On joint request of the parties, we refer the present matrimonial dispute to the Supreme Court Mediation Center. 

 The parties shall virtually appear before the Coordinator of the Supreme Court Mediation Center on 22nd 18 August, 2025 at 2.30 p.m.  

In the event the learned Mediator desires personal presence of the parties, the respondent-husband shall pay the requisite amount to the petitioner-wife towards travelling expenses and stay at Delhi, as may be suggested by the learned Mediator. 

 The learned Mediator, after making an endeavour for amicable resolution of the dispute, shall submit a report to this Court. 

 The Registry shall ensure that a copy of this order along with relevant documents is forwarded to the Coordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Center at the earliest. 

 List on 4th November, 2025. "
