1. This Writ Petition has been filed by Mr. ROHIT KUMAR Advocate on-Record, on 12-07-2025, praying therein as under:

"A.  Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ,order, or direction, directing the Respondents to take appropriate steps forthwith for the proper and effective implementation of the National Commission for Allied & Healthcare Professions Act, 2021;and

B. Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents and the concerned authorities under them to take such measures so as to develop and enforce procedures and mechanisms for grant of registration and licensing to Allied & Healthcare Professionals and defining the scope of professional work/practices of all professionals to be covered under the National Commission for Allied & Healthcare Professions Act, 2021; and

C. Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ,order,or direction, directing the Respondents to form autonomous boards as per Section 29 of the Act; and

D.Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to form an advisory council as per Section 12(1) of the Act; a

E. Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to constitute State Allied & Healthcare Councils as per Section 22 (1) of

the National Commission for Allied & Healthcare Professions Act, 2021; and

F. Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to formulate code of ethics and etiquettes for Allied healthcare professionals covered under the National Commission for Allied & Healthcare Professions Act, 2021; and

G. Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to form autonomous boards as per Section 29 of the Act; and

H.Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents and the concerned authorities under them to take such measures so as to develop and enforce procedures and mechanisms for grant of registration and licensing to Allied & Healthcare Professionals and defining the scope of professional work/practices of all professionals to be covered under the National Commission for Allied & Healthcare Professions Act, 2021; and
