1. This Writ Petition has been filed by Mr. DHIRAJ ABRAHAM PHILIP Advocate on-Record/petitioner in-person, on 29-01-2025, praying therein as under:

a) Allow the present Writ Petition and issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing Clause H of the Office Memorandum dated 07-1-2020 issued by the Respondent No.1/CPCB to the limited extent of the aforesaid clause creating an unintelligible diffrentia and prescribing that new retail outlets shall not be located within distance of 50 meters from residential areas "designated as per local laws" only.

b) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the Office Memorandum dated 19-09-2024 issued by Respondent No.1/CPCB;
