It is further submitted that counsel for petitioner has on 03.02.2025 filed application seeking permission to place additional documents/annexures/facts on record in the captioned appeal alongwith the documents and has also filed an application seeking exemption from filing official translation of documents. Some of the pages are in small font and carry dim impression. However, copy of the  same are being circulated for kind perusal of the Hon'™ble Court.
